48. Moses Parker (c. 1658–1732), son of Abraham Parker and Rose Whitlock

Moses Parker was born about 1658 in Chelmsford. [1, 246] He died on 12 October 1732 in Chelmsford. Moses married Abigail, the daughter of Richard Hildreth, on 19 June 1684 in Chelmsford. [2] He married second Margaret Stratton by an intention dated 3 August 1728 in Chelmsford. [2]

49. Abigail Hildreth (say 1656–by 1728), daughter of Richard Hildreth

Abigail Hildreth was born say 1656. She died before 3 August 1728.


The worn state of the records precludes knowing the precise date of Moses's birth. [3]

Moses was a farmer. [3]

Thomas Clark, Abraham and Moses Parker, Stephen Pierce and John Burge and their families were in a garrison together on 16 March 1691/2 in Chelmsford. [1, 134]

i. Abigail Parker was born on 8 May 1685 in Chelmsford. She married Benjamin Adams on 6 April 1721 in Chelmsford.

ii. Moses Parker was born on 24 Novemer 1686 in Chelmsford. Moses, Jr. was "kild wt thunder" on 28 July 1702 in Chelmsford.

iii. Aaron Parker was born on 9 April 1689 in Chelmsford. He died on 19 December 1755 in Westford. He married Abigail Adams.

iv. Elizabeth Parker was born on 26 December 1691 in Chelmsford. She married Ebenzer Parker

v. Captain Joseph Parker was born on 25 March 1693/4 in Chelmsford. Captain Joseph Parker died on 29 April 1738, age 44, in Chelmsford. He married Rebecca Unknown. Rebecca, the widow of Captain Joseph Parker, died on 1 January 1791, age 87 or 88, and was buried four days later in Chelmsford.

vi. Benjamin Parker was born on 14 April 1696 in Chelmsford.

vii. Mary Parker was born on 6 Septemer 1698 in Chelmsford. She married Benjamin Chamberlin by an intention dated 27 May 1722 in Chelmsford.
